NITI Aayog Sampoornata Abhiyan Samman Samaroh District Level, Kiphire was held with Deputy Commissioner Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer NCS, as the Special Guest on 29th July 2025 at Hopongkyu Memorial Hall, Kiphire.
DC, in his speech, said that after Kiphire was declared an Inspirational District and Blocks, many developmental activities and gradual change have taken place over the past few years. He urged the district to show positive change to other districts, as we have many more things to achieve, where no one should be left behind.
He also appealed for more cooperation and urged them to work with commitment for the benefits of the Kiphire district. He further extended gratitude to those who have led the achievement so far. We have been selected as we have been lagging in many sectors, and the government is supporting more for the downtrodden people for development, he said.
He said that, together we must strive to carry this mission forward, let the spirit of Sampoornata Abhiyaan Samman Samaroh be not just an event; but a celebration of India's spirit of transformation and a salute to the change makers.
Longkumer aslo called upon all the concerned government Officers, Anganwadi workers, SHGs, Stakeholders, and Citizens alike to strive forward to complete the mission and to fulfil the mission that the government has given us for development.
For their dedicated service and hard work towards achieving saturation of key indicator under the Inspirational District Programme during Sampoornata Abhiyaan held between July 2024 and September 2024, certificates of appreciation were given to Asela AWW (ICDS) under the theme (s) Social Welfare (ICDS), Shekienu H. Sumi JSCO (Soil) under the theme soil card distribution, GMS PHED Ward Kiphire under the theme (s) Education (School providing textbook within 1 month), Kiukhachi SHG Sori SHG Moya under the theme (s) Rural Development (receipt of Revalving fund) and Ashila AWW (ICDS) under the theme (s) Social Welfare (pregnant women taking supplementary nutrition).
The keynote address was delivered by SDO Civil Kiphire (HQ), Rozy Sangtam. Short speeches on Sampoornata Abhiyaan Samman Samaroh were delivered by Chief Medical Officer, Kiphire, District Education Officer, Kiphire, and Block Program Manager, Khongsa.

The Invocation prayer was delivered by Pastor Gorkha Baptist Church, Kiphire, Dr. Bhim Sapkota and vote of thanks by Lithsa. The program was chaired by EAC HQ & Nodal Officer ADP/ABP, Takatemjen Pongen, followed by the launch of Aakanksha Haat at KTC Market Complex, Kiphire.
