The Launching of the National Scheme for Industrial Training Institute (ITI)-up gradation and setting up of National Centre of excellence for Skilling and Kaushal Deekshant Samaroh the 4th Skill Convocation Ceremony was held on 4th October 2025 at Government ITI, Mon Exam Hall.

During the ceremony, the conferment of ITI Certificate was handed over by Er. N. Nyaksham Phom, Principal ITI Mon. There are 64 (Sixty four) Skill certified candidates under NCVET and SCVT Trades. In the event the highest aggregate marks scorer trade wise was awarded to 5 (Five) passed candidates with Certificate of Merit along with petty cash to mark the occasion.

Bomotakum, Woodwork Technician motivated the Trainees and encouraged them to utilize their skills in the Nation’s growth. On behalf of the present Trainees 2025-2026, C. Manwin Konyak from Mechanic Motor Vehicle congratulated the seniors and suggested to live up to their commitment while applying the skills and values learned. Manjoi Phom Electrician delivered a short speech on behalf of the outgoing. Nokyok Konyak Vocational Instructor Electrician conducted the Closing Ceremony.  The event concluded with mass prayer invoking God’s blessing to all participants.
