In view of the upcoming Independence Day celebration at Jalukie, a mass social work was carried out across Jalukie town on 12th August 2025. The initiative was undertaken in all Government Offices, Schools and Wards under the jurisdiction of Jalukie Town with the active participation of government officials, teachers, students, and residents.
The social work activities includes cleaning; clearing drains, removing waste, and general beautification of public areas, office premises, and school campuses, with the objective of creating a clean and presentable environment for the national occasion.
In support of the event, all business establishments in the town remained closed during the social work hours, enabling full participation from shopkeepers and business establishments.
