Culmination programme on Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 was held at the Conference hall of ADC, Pfutsero on 2nd October 2025 under the theme "Swachhotsov" focusing on clean and green festivities and zero waste community celebration. 

Chairperson PTC, Mikha Kenye spoke on the importance of cleanliness which should start from home. The importance of waste segregation of the bio degradable waste could be used as an alternative mole, avoiding dumping of waste in the drains/nallas. He asserted that an educated person should know how to differentiate between does and don'ts and not by degree.

The Town Council also extended gratitude to the sanitation workers for their selfless service and felicitated them. Khazu Dukru, Deputy Chairperson and leader of the culmination programme gave the concluding remarks on SHS 2025, acknowledging everyone present for their services. She also acknowledged Mhalo Humtsoe, ADC & Executive Officer Pfutsero Town Council for her constant support and supervision. Nuvezo councillor highlighted the activities undertaken during the Swachhata Hi Seva campaign 2025 in the sub-division.
