The 79th India's Independence Day was observed at Wakching Sub-Division, Mon wherein SDO(C), S Longnyei, hoisted the National Flag and took salute from Nagaland Police. The other highlights of the program were drill displays by St. John School, Wakching and special numbers by Government High School, Wakching.
The program was attended by GB's, DB's, Government employees and others.
