PROTECTION OF SENIOR CITIZENS AGED ABOVE 60 YEARS

The senior citizens who are aged above 60 years and especially those with medical conditions are particularly susceptible to infections by COVID-19. In this connection, all concerned have been requested to observe the advisory prepared by GOI for seniors citizens and their care givers on how to protect them from increased health risk during the COVID-19 pandemic.

MATTER RELATING TO INCIDENTS ON 13th APRIL & 17th APRIL 2020 AMICABLY SETTLED

In connection with the unfortunate incident that happened at Wokha on 13th April 2020, involving an employee of Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority and Police personnel on duty, the matter has been discussed between the Police team led by the SP Wokha, SDPO and the Lotha Eloe Hoho in the presence of the Deputy Commissioner & ADC Wokha, and amicably settled the matter after mutual understanding by all parties concerned.
