DC TUENSANG DIRECTS WARDS/SECTORS

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant IAS has stated that some Wards /Sectors are not allowing frontline workers to enter their Wards /Sectors despite completion of 7(seven) days mandatory quarantine period after performing their roster duties and on testing negative for COVID-19. Therefore, all Wards /Sectors have been directed to allow unhindered passage to frontline workers who have completed 7 (seven) days mandatory quarantine period and tested negative for COVID-19.

DTF LONGLENG THANKS DTF WOKHA & MOKOKCHUNG

The Deputy Commissioner & Chairman District Task Force, Longleng extended sincere gratitude to the District Task Force Wokha and District Task Force Mokokchung for extending their kind help to the returnees of Longleng District by providing food, accommodation and also arranging transportation to ferry them on 15th and 18th June 2020 when unforeseen problems/difficulties came on the way en-route Longleng.

DC DIMAPUR REITERATES ON BAN ON IMPORT OF PIGS

Having noticed pigs still being imported into the district despite the order issued by the Administration, banning import of pigs in Dimapur District from outside the state owing to outbreak of “African Swine Fever” and high mortality rate of pigs in the neighbouring states, DC Dimapur Anoop Khinchi in an order reiterated that the ban on import of pigs from neighbouring states still stands.
